“Pay All Year” Enrollment for the 2024-2025 School Year
Program updates for the 2024-2025 School Year:
- If you are enrolled in “Pay All Year” and want to remain in the “Pay All Year” program, you will not have to re-enroll as in prior years. Your current enrollment election will automatically roll forward to the next school year and all subsequent years.
- The enrollment period is being changed to coincide with the Annual Benefits Open Enrollment Period for the upcoming school year.
The annual enrollment for the “Pay All Year” program will run from October 23, 2023, thru November 3, 2023. This program allows eligible employees to spread their pay across the entire year instead of the school year. All 10-month, full-time, salaried employees and current “Pay All Year” employees are eligible to participate.
You only need to log in if you want to change your current election or view your election. To access the “12 Month Pay Enrollment” page, log in to Employee Self Service from the ERP Portal Page link “HC (EBS-ESS),” then click the “12 Month Pay Enrollment” link at the top of the main menu. If you change, save a screen print of your 2024-2025 election for backup. Your 2024-2025 enrollment will be effective for the pay period ending August 23, 2024, check dated payable on Friday, August 30, 2024.
