Sick Leave Conversion – 2023 If you are eligible for Sick Leave Conversion, you will receive your payment on Friday, December 8, 2023. If you are eligible for the Sick Leave Conversion and do NOT want to receive a payment, you MUST log in to Employee Self Service and indicate that you do not want to participate in the 2023 Sick Leave Conversion by Friday, December 1st.
Beginning on Monday, November 27, 2023, all eligible employees will be able to view their sick leave conversion earned, sick used balances, and their sick leave conversion days to be paid by accessing Employee Self Service and clicking on the Sick Leave Conversion link. If you do not want to be paid your sick leave conversion days, your exclusion from a Sick Leave Conversion payment must be made using Employee Self Service no later than 5:00 pm on Friday, December 1, 2023.
For those employees who currently receive “direct deposit” for their regular pay, the Sick Leave Conversion payment will also be paid via direct deposit. For those employees who currently receive a paper check for their regular pay, the Sick Leave Conversion check will also be paid via paper check.
