The deadlines for submitting applications for approval of tuition reimbursement shall be as follows:
- Phase I – Tuition Reimbursement Application (Course Approval)
- Fall Semester: October 1
- Winter Semester: December 1
- Spring Semester: February 1
- Summer Semester: July 1
- Phase II – Tuition Reimbursement Grade and Proof of Payment
- Fall Semester: February 1
- Winter Semester: March 1
- Spring Semester: July 1
- Summer Semester: October 1
